Golden Globes

Currently watching: Gossip Girl
Currently reading: Twilight
Currently feeling: full from dinner

Sunday was the Golden Globe Awards. As always, there were a few hits and misses. I thought I would share a few that I liked and ones that had me scratching my head!

Best Dressed:

Beyonce- this look is great! She usually goes way too glittery, but this is perfect for her. It shows off her body and it does so in a classy way.

Debra Messing- The color of the dress works perfectly with her skin tone and hair color.

Demi Moore- Nothing negative to say. I only wish that I can age as gracefully as she does!

Anne Hathaway- This is definitely better than the dress I showed you in the last post. This is beautiful!

Hayden Panettiere- The color! It's amazing. Her makeup is perfect and I love the old-school glamour vibe that this look creates.

Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio- This is one good lookin' duo!

Miley Cyrus- This dress is light and carefree and matches the teenager wearing it. I like that it does not age her.

Olivia Wilde- This is so floaty...in a good way. I adore the shade of lilac and the fluttery layers. I want it!

Worst Dressed:

Renee Zellweger- I don't like that the top part is sheer with a tan bodice. I also can't understand why she allowed her hairstylist to do that to her for the Red Carpet. Maybe for the gym...

Jennifer Lopez- Why do you always insist on wearing low-cut gowns? We get it. You have a nice body even after having twins. You know what you don't get? That we've seen it all before and you should have stopped doing this five years ago.

Maggie Gyllenhaal- I feel the need to go on a safari. I don't think this is elegant in the slightest.

Marisa Tomei- My first thought? Remember when Marisa did an episode of Seinfeld? Well, I was wondering if she went back on set and stole the puffy white pirate shirt!

Mickey Rourke- This is just a don't.

Drew Barrymore- I had no problem with what she was wearing. My problem is this hair. Did she just spray it with a can of hairspray and then ride a rollercoaster? I understand that volume is a big trend in hair these days, but this is outrageous.

XOXO

You, too, can age as "gracefully" as Demi Moore...if you have enough money. She's spent close to $100,000 on plastic surgery and makes no bones about it.

Yes, but I also think a lot of it is natural. And I like that she can still smile and not have that "I can't move my face" botox look. :)
