Dr. Teal's Melatonin Formula Epsom Salts and Foaming Bath

It's no secret by now that I love Dr. Teal's products. I've had numerous bags of their epsom salts and tried several of the formulas. This melatonin one is their newest offering! I have the melatonin formula in both the epsom salts and foaming bath. I was sent these for an honest review and have been testing this specific formula for weeks now. For the record and minor spoiler alert, I really don't think you can go wrong with any of the Dr. Teal's offerings!

When I think about the colder months, one of the first things that comes to mind is my bathtub. Very little calms my mind and warms me up like a soak in hot water, while either reading, listening to music, or catching up on my YouTube subscriptions.

And it's not just for my mind, but for my muscles. With my knee injury, I often suffer tightness and soreness by the end of the day. Not only with that knee, but with my other since I find myself still favoring it a lot of the time. I'm not doing my physio sessions right now, because I'm nervous to go during the pandemic. I'm doing everything I can at home to keep my knee and muscles active. (I definitely miss physio and can't wait to have it back in my routine. My PT is amazing.)

Allowing my mind and body to relax doesn't come naturally to me, especially when it comes time for bed. I suffer from insomnia many nights. The fact that Dr. Teal's now has the Melatonin Sleep Foaming Bath and Sleep Soak Epsom Salts, finding comfort and peace before slumber just became personally easier to attain. The addition of lavender and chamomile promote calmness. I'm happy to have these in my rotation because I cherish late evening and night baths the most!

If you love bubble baths, the foaming baths are for you. You don't have to use a lot to be surrounded by big foamy clouds! The velcro closure on the salts is perfect, because it makes it so easy to seal up after use. They also make body lotions now, but I've yet to try one. If you have, let me know what you think!

I find Dr. Teal's at Shoppers Drug Mart here in Ontario, so that I can get Optimum points with my purchase. There are many different formulas and something for everyone. My personal favorites are the shea butter and coconut oil variations, especially during the winter. They work wonders on dry skin and making my skin feel moisturized.

They are a game changer and I can't sing their praises loud enough!
