Rimmel London Apocalips in Nova

I have worn myself out with stress. I know moving isn't fun, been there and done that before. I've moved from South Carolina to Toronto, for goodness' sake. It just feels like nothing is coming together right now. Our budget is low and the price of living is so high here. Seriously, I could get a huuuuuge house back home for the price of a condo here. I try to stay positive, but it's hard when our place has sold and we're on a tight schedule to be out of here in the next few weeks. It really has me emotional, upset, stressed, you name it...

My days are mostly filled with searching the housing market, packing, and cleaning. With that said, I can't always guarantee many posts a week (I like to aim for three) until after we've settled somewhere. I do try to mass edit posts late at night (I guess being a night owl has its benefits sometimes) to have ready to publish. I hope you understand if my blog goes a few days without updating here and there, though. I'm not gone, just super busy and probably fussing at myself over this move!  And hey, if you have a few extra kind thoughts and prayers that you can throw our way, that would be much appreciated. No...SUPER appreciated!

Enough about that, let's swoon over this gorgeous lip product.

Rimmel Apocalips in Nova
*Apocalips is known as Show Off in the US.

I purchased this a few months ago and I am kicking myself for not buying more. I think Celestial might be my next choice! Nova is so opaque. One swipe across the lips is all it takes, though it is guilty of bleeding a little. The doe foot applicator has a bit of a dip in it that holds more product. I thought these might be heavy on the lips, but it is the opposite. I do not notice it sinking into lip lines.

Worth the hype? Oh yes! I can see why so many people have fallen head over heels for these. Have you tried any of the Apocalips? If so, please let me know what you think and what shade(s) you like and dislike.

I hope everything becomes less stressful for you! I love the Apocalips! I have the Celestial color and it is fantastic. A great everyday color. I need to pick up some more.

I think I am the only person on the planet that dislikes these. I even gave mine away. I didn't think it lasted long and it was too tacky for my liking :(

Nova is a pretty colour though :)

Hope the move goes smoothly soon and you find a lovely home! I definitely feel you on the high cost of living coming from NYC. I'll be lucky if I can save up enough to move out within the next few years :( On the other hand, I need to try one of these liquid lipsticks! At first I was excited for them but then they looked really drying on other people. But now I feel better that you say these don't sink into lip lines and that they're not heavy. This hot pink shade is particularly eye catching as well :)

Stay strong, love! You'll be moved into a new place and stress free again in no time!

Love the lip colour too. You have the best beauty reviews, friend!

Ahhhh! Seeing your post makes me want to bite the bullet and just purchase these already! The only thing is I don't really wear lip glosses anymore.

I'm sorry you're having a rough time at the moment. I hope things work out for you guys! <33
