Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Dollface

I got this blush for Christmas and it has become a love affair. It retails at Sephora for $25 US/$33 CAN. It isn't cheap by any means, but I do believe it is worth its price.

^ This blush can easily be popped out of the case and added to your magnetized palettes (like Z Palettes). To add to a MAC palette, you'd have to add a magnet to the back.

^ Finger swatch on the left. The right side shows it not blended and lightly blended on the right.

I think this color is suitable for a lot of skintones. It's not a scary pink and blends and builds up nicely. What I like most about this blush is that it is not overly powdery with a matte finish. It's a good color for layering your blushes as well. The cases match the color of the blush inside which is very handy, because I know I'll be getting another one down the road!

With it being made from Amazonian clay, you get many benefits. For one, Amazonian clay is the reason the blush lasts so long on the skin. It balances out dry skin with hydrating properties and minimizes the oil in oily skin. And with the added Vitamin C, the color is not going to oxidate leaving you with glowy skin all day long.

Is this blush worth the hype it is getting? Absolutely!

I love that blush. I bought it in a combo with the Tarte bronzer, $15 for both at Ulta, smaller size of course.

Check out my giveaway, it's closing soon!
