My 2021 Christmas List

It's that time of year again? Already?! I've contemplated doing gift guides this year after taking last year off from them. I think I'll refrain from doing them again, but I've already seen so many wonderful ones on other blogs. Gift guide posts do really well with traffic, but it just doesn't feel right this year. If it is something you want, I could gather a master list of ideas instead of themed posts/guides or link you to some of my favorite guides I've seen.

I thought I would keep up with the tradition of sharing a few things on my Christmas list and maybe that will also serve as some ideas for you. That's what I love about posts like these! I always find at least one thing that makes me go, "Wow! How did I not know about that?" or something in that nature. 😄 I find the older I get, the harder it is to come up with a Christmas list. I feel like they were novels written in seconds in my childhood. Now, of course I have a running wishlist of sorts, but it always feels different when putting it into gift terms. If that makes any sense...

  • Mitch Albom's The Stranger in the Lifeboat - Mitch is one of my absolute favorite authors and I'll read anything he writes. A masterful storyteller! This is his latest and I have to have it. If you've never read anything by Mitch, I must recommend Tuesdays with Morrie and then watch the film. It's one book that I will read time and time again.
  • Ninja Foodi - Still on my list! It's an investment piece, but it does so much and I've read so many good reviews. Our little indoor grill is still working, but not like it used to and for good reason-- it's over 17 years old. Insane!! The fact that these act as an air fryer, grill, roaster, etc. is enough to catch my interest. I live for multi-taskers in the kitchen!
  • Natasha Denona Mini Metropolis Palette and Brush - I don't have any Natasha eyeshadows yet, but the sparkly green shade in this one caught my attention. The whole color palette did, but especially the green. Though I wouldn't mind any of her smaller palettes to try. I want to put the hype to the test!
  • Laneige All Nighter Lip Set - I love sets like this. You can keep all of them or break them up into smaller gifts. I'm not huge on peppermint, so I'd probably gift that one. I really want to smell the gingerbread one. I love the smell of gingerbread anything!
  • iPad Mini - I thought about the Pro with the bigger screen (and still might lean toward that one), but I just really want one of these for accessing all of my editing software in the Apple universe, reading magazines from the library, and other daily things. My old iPad is over ten years old now. It still works, but it's slow and isn't conducive to editing. I usually take it on trips for watching movies and shows for the most part at this point.
  • Kate Spade Arctic Friends Reversible Tote - First of all, I have never been one to turn down a cute bag. I'll probably be like that until I'm dead. If you like cute things, don't ever feel like you have to "grow out of it". This one is CUTE with all capital letters needed. One side has the penguins and the other side is a pretty light blue. It comes with a polar bear pouch, so obviously I'm all over this beauty. I love that it is reversible! Honestly, I'd probably use the light blue side the most because I love opening my bags to always find a fun print waiting for me.
  • Nespresso Pixie Espresso Machine - I have a French press, a pour over, a kettle, and a Keurig. Do I really need another way to make coffee? Probably not, but that doesn't stop me from wanting it. I love coffee. I love changing up how I make coffee and I really love options. I've seen some unique capsules that I realllly want to try. 😍 If you have a Nespresso, tell me your favorite capsules!

So there's some of my list! What's on yours? If you have a list or gift guide post, link me to it or let me know. I'd love to read it!
