Lavender Vanilla Poo-Pourri

We all do it. Maybe we don't like to talk about it and we certainly don't like people being able to smell it. Doing it any place that isn't home can be stress-inducing. It doesn't have to be anymore! Poo-Pourri has arrived in Canada and it is here to make your bathroom smell like no one ever uses it. Buy a small one and put it in your purse for when you're out and about. Buy one for your bathroom to let your guests use it in confidence.

Now back to the product that this post is truly about. There are several different scents to choose from, but I love lavender and vanilla together. Plus, I knew this would fit right in with our Paris-themed powder room.

Unlike most bathroom sprays where you spray the air after the fact, you spray Poo-Pourri into the toilet bowl before you do your business. It creates a film on the water and keeps smells from getting out. Each large 4 fl. oz. bottle offers around 200 uses and you can remove the wrap and recycle the bottle afterward. To know approximately how many uses are left, there is a clear slot down one side of the bottle to let you see the contents. And it has a pump, making it easy to use and mess-free.

So does it work or is it crap (ha!)? That's the bottom (double ha!) line, isn't it? I'm sorry. I really am. I could not resist! Poo-Pourri, without a doubt, works like a charm. I think it is a genius invention. I have already had several people sing its praises to me. I gave my husband a lesson on how to use it, which alone makes it even more of a lifesaver. Just sayin'.

So now even though everyone does it, no one has to know when you do it. If you want to say an angel takes care of it for you like Caroline in 2 Broke Girls, go for it.
