Another Year Older

Yesterday was my birthday, as I mentioned previously in the last post. I'm going to have to break down what I got into sections, because as always...I got snap happy with my camera. It's either give you guys a plain text list or actually show you, so I'm breaking it down since pictures are always a win-win. :D

I think this is how I'm going to break it down, though it could change:
Today: bath/scent products
Wednesday: accessories/books/movies/etc.
Thursday: clothes
Friday: miscellaneous makeup/perfume
Monday: makeup pt. 2 (NYX)
Tuesday: makeup pt. 3 (Sephora)

After that, I'll start posting the swatches and reviews for everything. This also allows me more time to test everything out before I review it. Hope that sounds okay! Now let's get to it!

I have a Body Shop discount card and it allows for $10 off of a product on your birthday. And because it was buy two, get one free, I got three products from the coconut line. I love the smell of coconuts in the summer! I also like trying to use all one smell at a time with my lotions and bath products so all of the products don't clash together. The body lotion is a spray, which I love but they seem rare to find.

With the one freebie and the $10 off, I only really bought one of the body products. Yay! And the gloves and body polisher were on sale for either 2/$4 or 2/$5. I can't remember which.

This was my first purchase from Victoria Secret's Pink line. I'm not sure why I waited so long, but I jumped at the chance when I found their body mists to be on sale 2/$22 here. It may have been my birthday and it may not have been my money, but I still shop the sales! It's just a way of life at this point.

Now that I have gotten these home and used them, I kind of want to run back and get the matching lotions! I'm going to be good and wait though, because I'm doing a Project 5 Pan right now. Wish me luck! The Fresh & Clean one is a nice light scent. I am in love with the Sweet & Flirty one. It smells sweet, but not overly so. I cannot stop myself from taking the top off of the bottle and taking a whiff every time I go in my bathroom! Ha!

Oh and as for my birthday, it was lovely! I got a trip to an outlet mall on Saturday, a family cookout on Sunday, and a trip to the mall and a movie (Toy Story 3) yesterday! Throw in some cake, cookies, family, and lots of food...and there you go! I took full advantage of the birthday freebies at restaurants. I ate for free three times this weekend and still have some coupons left to use for this week! :)
