Favorite Beauty Products of 2013

This is not necessarily beauty products that I have just tried out this year. Some of these are repeats on my yearly favorites list. I like to include a mixture of old and new, because these are honestly the things that I have reached for the most in my collection over a year's time.  I started these annual lists back in 2008 (see links to those posts below!) and it's crazy to look back and see what I loved and what has changed in my routine.

So here are my top thirteen products, plus some honorable mentions...because well, that's my way of legitimizing cheating on this post! ;) I provide a small snippet of what I think and I will link to any of my reviews, if applicable. Tell me some of your favorite products!

Top 13 Beauty Products of 2013

skincare hair nailsEssie Good to Go Topcoat - My favorite topcoat I've tried. It dries fast, has a high shine, and works so well!
Ribbon Hair Ties - Just wish they lasted more uses before getting stretched out or looking ragged.
Origins Clear Improvement Mask - I have a few samples to go through, but worthy of buying a full-sized one.
Embryolisse Moisturizer - This works wonders on my dry skin!
Dr. Jart+ Water Fuse BB Cream - Another fave for my dry skin. And so lightweight.
Bioderma Cleanser - I always use this to remove swatches and it is very gentle.

YSL Rouge Volupte in #1 Nude Beige - More pink than beige and absolutely lovely.
Dior Amber Diamond Powder - Provides a natural looking warm glow.
Urban Decay Naked Palette - Nothing has yet to replace this bad boy as my ultimate palette.
Maybelline Color Tattoo in Barely Beige - Not available any longer, but these bases are amazing no matter the shade.
ELF Eyebrow Kit - Easy on the wallet and works amazingly well.
Benefit They're Real! Mascara - I was skeptical of the good reviews, but I really do love it.
MAC Studio Careblend Powder - I reach for this more than my MSF Natural. It looks like a second skin on!
makeup nails
Maybelline Dream Matte Powder - Love this for my nose and the eye area. It keeps eyeliner at bay like a charm.
ELF Powder Brush - Liquids. Powder. It does them all and it does it well.
Make Up For Ever Aqua Eyes in 24L - A perfect taupe liner!
Essie Set in Stones Nail Polish - Easily my most used glitter polish. It's perfection.
Make Up For Ever Full Cover Concealer - Holy grail!
Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer - Brightens my under eye area and doesn't look cakey.

Past annual favorites posts: 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012.

We have many similar favorites! I think the original Naked palette is the BEST. Have you tried the LORAC pro palette? I seem to be using that one a lot for everyday! Wishing you a great 2014!
