Dior's Amber Diamond Shimmer Powder Swatches

I bought Amber Diamond at the Givenchy event that I mentioned in a previous post. Here are my swatches and general review!

^ It comes in its own velour pouch. It's nice, but it gets dirty quickly.

^ It's a snap packaging and quite easy to open. The compact is blue with a mirrored "CD" behind the silver "Dior" label.



^ The swatches are from left to right in the compact. The long bottom swatch is all of the shades mixed together.

I thought this might be too dark as a highlighter on my skin (I'm the equivalent of MAC's NW20). However, I apply it with a fan brush and it picks up just enough to give me a lovely glow. Like it's name, it is more of a shimmer than a glitter. It adds a nice subtle shine where you want to highlight. It will be great for all of the upcoming holiday parties! And I kind of hate that I love it, because I now I want Rose Diamond too!
