February Favorites

I'm back from my stay in New Hartford, New York! It was a great weekend full of great food, lacrosse, and a little bit of shopping. We passed the Waterloo Premium Outlets on the way home and because we were on a bit of a schedule to get back...I showed self-restraint and only stopped in the CCO! I'll show what I got there and some of what I got at Target in posts this week. Today, however, is dedicated to my favorites from the past month. :)

NARS Albatross- What a lovely powder luminizer! If you find that the pink-toned ones do not suit you, try this. It has golden shimmer and goes on delicately, making it easy to build upon.

CoverGirl Natureluxe foundation- This is a very lightweight foundation. It feels like I have nothing on. The coverage is only buidable to about medium, so it is better for those days that your skin is clearer. It also has a very strong smell (think cucumbers and roses).

Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner in Binge- I've really been enjoying navy blue as an eyeliner. I used to wear it a lot back in high school and college and I'm not exactly sure why I stopped. It's such a nice alternative to black and a nice pop of color for a neutral eye, while still being suitable for daytime and your workspace.

MAC Viva Glam Gaga II lipstick- What a great nude! And you can feel good knowing that 100% of the price goes to charity. What's not to love?

Maybelline Dream Mousse concealer- One of my absolute favorite concealers! It's been in my favorites for the past three consecutive months. I've recently hit the bottom of the jar and I've been using it for months. It lasts a good while!

I heard today that it has been discontinued which saddens my little makeup-loving heart! I looked for it in Walgreens and Target while in the States with no luck. So I'm afraid that I will not be able to find a back-up. If you can find it, try it out. It is super easy to blend and has great coverage!

@Christine- Can't wait! Hope you had a blast! It's a nice foundation- almost like a tinted moisturizer. :)

@Justine- I use mainly Pea fonts!

Hope that helps!

@Linh- I think you'd really like it because it's really light on the skin. I've had no issues with it so far!
