Tremendous Thursday

Currently listening: Better In Time by Leona Lewis
Currently drinking: diet Pepsi
Currently feeling: energetic

The Country Music Awards (CMAs) aired last night. I'm not the biggest country music fan ever, but I have a select few that I enjoy. I watched last night and a lot of people made the right fashion choices. Some should have put more thought into it. Like Reba...I love her...but velvet dresses (especially floor-length) have not been in fashion since at least the early 90s. =/

Carrie was co-host and changed outfits about 7 times. These were two of my favorite dresses that she wore.

Julianne Hough. She annoys me on DWTS, but I don't mind her music. And she looked absolutely gorgeous last night.

Taylor Swift looked amazing in her sparkling ensemble. I can't think of too many people that could pull that off. Reese Witherspoon looked like she should be going to the Oscars and that's a good thing. And then, you have my cousin...Yes, he's really my cousin. Josh Turner. He looked very dapper and casual chic.

Shania Twain is going through a divorce and this is one of her first public appearances in a long time. I really think that looking so good after a divorce is the best revenge. She's beautiful! I can't wait to hear some new material from her. Hootie! Darius Rucker has turned country and it works for him. And I don't want this to come out the wrong way, but it is absolutely great to see another African American doing some country! Charley Pride is the only country singer that comes to mind.
Jewel looks ok...but her dress looks like it is hugging her girls a little too tightly. Kellie Pickler, is that even you? What have you done to yourself? I know you got your girls plumped up, but what about your face? It looks like a possible nose job and some botox?
